Description:  HPC renovated the space to include more offices directly connected to the spaces holding cubicles, a large breakroom, and a shipping and receiving area.  HPC added a large production warehouse connected to the back of the building with a separate entrance directly out to the newly paved parking lot.

Description:  HPC remodeled this 10,000 sf facility into a bar and restaurant on Main Street in Ames.  One of the main features is the outdoor seating area that was cut of out of the existing building, which required both structural components and ingenuity.

Description:  The Ames Miracle Playground and Field is a two part project.  Part one is the All-Inclusive Playground, which includes 100% accessible playground features on a rubberized surface, catering to children with physical, cognitive, and sensory disabilities.  The second part of the project is a custom field made of cushion, rubberized turf, accessible by wheelchair and other assistive devices.  This feature will have options for competitive and noncompetitive athletic events, specifically targeted towards children and adults with disabilities.

Description:  Within a couple years of opening the original building, it was time to add another 10,000 SF to expand a new kids gym and fitness space.  With our experience from the first project, the owner contracted HPC and the Design Building Team for this addition.

HPC, L.L.C teamed with RMH Architects to Design/Build this brand-new state of the art facility for Ames Fitness Center. The new facility is 53,000 located in ISU Research Park. Areas inside include a spinning room, yoga classrooms, personal training studio, dedicated aerobics room, indoor running track and over 11,000 square feet of general fitness space. To support the needs of the customers and client, this project also included space for three retail support tenants.
